1. How do I add this webpage to my phone like a phone app?

2. Where can I find event assets, documents, one pagers, and more?

Event assets from Top Market Center Masterminds can be found in this Google Drive Folder. Folders may take up to two weeks to be updated.

3. I’m not getting my newsletter from Gary, Jason, and Jay at Onward@kw.com! How do I subscribe to "The Lead"?

Please check your email settings in Command here. To ensure compliance with privacy laws, we are required to use the email address registered as your "KW Communications Email" in Command.

If your "KW Communications Email" is correct, please add Onward@kw.com and ImWithGary@kw.com to your contacts and your Primary Inbox. Also, try checking your spam folder.

4. I don’t want to change my email in Command, but I do want to get the Mastermind emails. What should I do?

You can easily create “rules” in your inboxes to forward communications from ImWithGary@kw.com and Onward@kw.com to another email. Please use the links below to find instructions for your email provider.

5. I’m trying to register for a Zoom event but I’m not getting a confirmation link. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find emails from Zoom in your spam folder, try registering for the event with a different email address. Unfortunately, this error occurs on Zoom’s platform and we cannot help you retrieve emails from Zoom.

6. I’ve registered for an in-person Mastermind but I don’t know where to reserve my hotel. Where do I find preferred hotels, happy hour or dinner information, and more details about the event?

7. Do I need to register for Family Reunion (FR) or Mega Agent Camp (MAC) in order to attend the Mastermind event?

Yes! You must have a ticket to Family Reunion in order to attend the in-person Mastermind at this event. Family Reunion tickets can be purchased here. You must also have a ticket to Mega Agent Camp in order to attend the in-person Mastermind at this event. A link to Mega Agent Camp tickets will be added here when registration opens.
