Daily Loneliness Climbing for All Ages
A table that shows results from a study by GALLUP who were asked "Were you lonely a lot yesterday?"
  • The Big Idea: Daily loneliness in the U.S. is edging up for every age group in the workforce.
  • The Gallup study goes on to say that when people struggle, poor performance follows – depression results in $23 billion of missed work each year, and total mental health challenges cost businesses up to $48 billion in lost productivity each year.
  • Our Aha: Everyone is lonely in comparison. Compared to 2017, we have a loneliness epidemic!
  • This is how you can win: Run your office like a mega-connection center, basing everything you do on helping people and your communities. The KW model that we run is the anecdote to this sickness.
  • Oh, and by the way: This is why Breakthrough 120™ has a morning huddle in Part 2. This is why BOLD® is 7 weeks. This is why we have KW Communities – 21 of them! You can break the loneliness problem by building in community.
The First 5 Years Decide Everything
Gary Keller's 5 Ps of Scale, showing how 1. Promise, 2. Proforma, 3. Perform, 4. Proof, and 5. rePeat it!
  • The Big Idea: From the outside looking in, all businesses look the same at the beginning. The difference between the few that enjoy massive success and everyone else is they spend those first five years clear on their promise and proforma, and create the workflows that lead to a predictable result in the parts of their business that matter most. Then they just live the workflows.
  • Think of it this way: Scale means that my business fulfills my promise no matter how many people use it.

Record 1 Week of Reels in 18 Minutes
jason-filming-instagram-chew2026

Jason proves it's possible to record a whole week of Instagram reels in just 18 minutes (3 reels + 1 bonus with Donnie Brookman).

"You decide it matters and you get it done." - Jason

Here's what you need to create a week's worth of reels in 30 minutes:

  1. Schedule one, 30-minute recording date each week with your videographer or tripod.

  2. Prep three story ideas about 30-seconds to one-minute each.

  3. Bring three outfit changes to your recording date.

  4. Record each story idea once! Don't think too hard. It doesn't have to be perfect.

  5. Upload to "Edits: Video Editor," add captions, and publish-to-Instagram when ready.

When Should Leaders Get Political?
“The next time you feel the urge to immediately post, react, or speak out, pause first and get curious.”
– Jay
