KW Sports + Entertainment: KWSE - Individual Membership
The 10-day vetting process, or what our software calls a 10-day trial period, is the time during which we verify your production against our community standards. Please note you will not have access to membership materials during your trial period, and access will be provided when your membership is activated.
This form will complete your application to the KW Sports + Entertainment community.
If accepted, your $199 monthly reoccurring payment will be billed on the date of membership (i.e. if community member signed up on the 8th of the month, reoccurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every month respectively)
Membership, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, is contingent upon verification of the following qualifying standards:
- KW agent is above $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months.
- If a KW Agent’s GCI is less than $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months AND KW Agent is on a Team, a Rainmaker (as defined by KWRI) can request membership for Agent on their team, as long as the Rainmaker is above $150,000 GCI in the last 12 months.
- If a KW Agent’s GCI is less than $50,000, a KW Agent may still obtain KWSE membership through executive selection based on suggested Qualifications: a. affiliations with professional sports franchises and/or b. music/creative arts industries affiliations.
- KW Agent may “self-report” GCI if transferred from another Brokerage within last 12 months to meet the threshold requirement of $50,000 GCI as outlined above.
- KWSE Agent count has not exceeded Market Center cap, which is between 3-5% of the total agents in each KW Market Center.
If you have joined KW within the last 12 months or want to ensure we verify your correct GCI, please upload any needed documentation to this form.
If you are accepted into the community, you will automatically become an active member with access to our member portal after the trial application period. Your first membership fee will process at that time.
You will not be billed until and unless you are accepted. If you are denied or waitlisted, you will not be billed. In the next 10 days, you will receive an email follow up from [community email] to notify you of your application status.
Keller Williams Realty, Inc. will only use and share personal information provided in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to facilitate the services described in this agreement, including communications between the Member with the company and the Community. Keller Williams Realty, Inc. will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided herein in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones herein without Member’s prior written consent. Members acknowledge and agree that calls and events may be recorded for training and promotional purposes only. By opting in, Member expressly opts-in to receive text messages from Keller Williams Realty, Inc., either directly or via third party. Member also agrees and acknowledges that KWRI and the Community Leader(s) may contact Member about the Community, our products and services, and other content we believe may be of interest to Member at the telephone numbers and email addresses provided, including communications using automated telephone dialing equipment, text messages, emails and/or artificial or pre-recorded voice messages.
