A community leader and homeownership advocate, Julia Lashay is a founding member and past president of the Twin Cities National Association of Real Estate Brokers. She also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Diversity Committee and numerous other real estate boards and committees. In 2020, Israel received the Exceptional Service award conveyed by the Minneapolis Area REALTORS®.

Daniel's driven spirit extends beyond real estate, as he's also founded a mortgage company, title company, investment business, is a Keller Williams Franchise owner and launched two foundations dedicated to supporting the Black community. With a passion for coaching and leadership, Daniel inspires those around him to strive for personal and professional excellence by fostering positive outlooks, resilience, and a love for learning. Emerick Peace is the Operating Principal and owner of Keller Williams Preferred Properties, a multi-billion-dollar residential, luxury, and commercial real estate sales brokerage with over 20,000 closed transactions and over 600 associates in Upper Marlboro, Maryland (Prince George's County). KWPP is the No. 1 real estate brokerage (market share, transaction, and sales volume) in Prince George’s County and one of the largest single-office brokerages on the east coast.

Emerick Peace has over 30 years of real estate sales experience with over 1,800 successfully negotiated settlements from all aspects of real estate. He oversees the operations of The Paragon Group, a perennial $20 million-plus sales and marketing team. His career highlights include Keller Williams Realty International Operating Partner Hall of Fame and the Prince George's County Association of Realtors Hall of Fame.

Additionally, Emerick is a current member of the Board of Directors and is the immediate past president of 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County Inc. He has been quoted in national publications, appeared as a guest speaker on several Washington, DC and Baltimore radio and television programs, hosted a panel on C-Span, and is a national speaker with Freddie Mac and several other housing organizations. Emerick is a six-time decorated 21-year retiree from the United States Air Force. He currently lives in Upper Marlboro with his wife of 34 years, Robin.

Emerick has a signature to his life—a certain style with which he lives. It is to make the most of every chance he gets and help others to do the same. It is a lesson Emerick learned from his mother and part of the reason his blessings continue to flow. The bottom line for Emerick is the difference he makes with the chance he is given.

As the founder and CEO of Keller Williams Capital Properties, Bo Mentiki leads the company with a mission to transform lives, careers, and communities through real estate. He is also CEO of The Menkiti Group, a real estate services company focused on strengthening neighborhoods through the strategic development, management, and sale of property in urban markets.

Prior to forming his companies, Bo served as COO of College Summit, a national non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the college enrollment rate of low-income students, where he oversaw the company’s successful expansion to multiple sites around the country.

Bo’s work has been featured in David Bornstein’s book on social entrepreneurs, How to Change the World, and in Stephen Goldsmith’s The Power of Social Innovation. He has been recognized nationally as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year® (2017) and as the winner of the Marcia Lamb Award for Innovation by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC). Bo was ranked as one of the coolest young entrepreneurs in America in 2017 by Ebony and Inc. magazines, and recognized as Keller Williams’ 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year and NAR's District of Columbia Realtor of the Year in 2014.

Bo has served on the boards of the District of Columbia Association of Realtors and DC Water. He is a current board member for City First Bank of DC and Dance Place, and serves as a member of the steering committee of the Small Business Policy Project.

A graduate of Harvard University, Bo lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife, Kymber, regional director of the Maryland/DC region for Keller Williams, and their three sons.
