History Says: Stocks Rebound

According to BrightMLS, when a seller chooses an office-exclusive or pre-market listing, "there is no impact on sold price" and "homes take longer to sell."
According to Zillow, "Off-MLS home sellers left more than $1 billion on the table the past two years."
In every market, decisions are being made right now that will affect how you do business. You should strongly consider picking up the phone and asking your local board or MLS questions to understand if you need to get involved.
