  • For 90 percent of all income earners, real estate is their largest asset.

  • In the end, real estate is an important investment for everybody.
Stress Free Has a Price
  • Here’s what’s wild: The majority of first-time sellers would actually sacrifice price to avoid stress.

  • And here’s what’s really insane to me (says Gary the “Baby Boomer”): Over 65% of all first-time sellers say they would accept 20% or less for their home if they could skip on pre-sale stressors like making repairs, staging a house, navigating multiple offers, and worrying the buyer will fall through.

  • Here are three MOFIRs that are obvious.

1. “I’ll buy your home!”

 

2. “I’ll get you multiple cash offers!” Look into the KW Offerings Community or Homeward.

 

3. “I’ll sell your home stress-free!” or “Ask me about our no-stress sale!” Work with your listing partners and trusted vendors to create a hands-free listing process for your sellers.

     
History Says: Stocks Rebound
  • Here's what's clear to us: There's a lot of talk about the volatility in the stock market this year. Currently, the S&P 500 is down 10.8% from its 2025 peak on February 19th. When stocks fall, don’t panic. We can’t predict the stock market but history is clear–the stock market always recovers.

  • As time has gone on, regulators (SEC, Federal Reserve, FTC, lawmakers) have learned from each crash and continually built safety mechanisms to try to make future crashes less severe.
Ok, Let’s Talk About Clear Cooperation
  • Think of it this way: Buyers want access to all properties that might meet their needs. Sellers want to maximize their price. When you're advising buyers and sellers, be sure you remember this.

  • To our knowledge so far, two studies have emerged about this topic:
    1. According to BrightMLS, when a seller chooses an office-exclusive or pre-market listing, "there is no impact on sold price" and "homes take longer to sell."
    2. According to Zillow, "Off-MLS home sellers left more than $1 billion on the table the past two years."

  • In every market, decisions are being made right now that will affect how you do business. You should strongly consider picking up the phone and asking your local board or MLS questions to understand if you need to get involved.
