Whether you choose to enroll in the self-paced or live course, you’ll discover the biggest issues that affect diverse homebuyers, and learn from experts in diversity education and renowned leaders in real estate, including Keller Williams’ Head of Inclusion and Belonging, Julia Lashay Israel. Both program options cover four core modules and include a robust course guide with activities, tools, and resources you can use to build on your learning and your success.

Self-Paced Course

The flexible, online program lets you learn on your own schedule, at your own pace. Each of the modules includes pre-recorded videos, reading material, links, and downloads. Course fundamentals can be completed in as few as five hours.

The live certification course is offered quarterly. The course includes four 1.5-hour sessions over a four-week period, and gives you access to the complete self-paced course to further your learning.
